The successful candidate will direct internal and external resources, resolve operational issues, maintain project documentation and financial visibility, and coordinate appropriate Authorized Project Reviewer (APR) involvement at project onset and critical junctures. This role is responsible for safe, timely delivery within contracted scope and budget and brings together project controls, field operations, construction materials testing, procurement, forecasting, change management, quality oversight, and client coordination.
