Leads the design, engineering, implementation, lifecycle management, and support enablement of enterprise endpoint platforms spanning physical devices, persistent and non-persistent virtual desktops, Windows images, endpoint configurations, browsers, productivity applications, and supporting infrastructure. - Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps, Nexthink, Azure/Entra services, Citrix or comparable virtual desktop technologies, and endpoint analytics or digital experience platforms.
