Manage and mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning; foster a culture of reliability, automation, documentation, and partnership; act as the storage SME across Engineering, IT, InfoSec, Compliance, and Data teams; partner with application owners and communicate technical strategy, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. Own end-to-end storage and backup service delivery, including availability, performance, capacity, recoverability, and user experience; define and track SLAs/SLOs for latency, throughput, backup success, restore times, and replication health.
