Manage team ownership of production AI systems: oversee the team design and delivery of the retrieval pipelines, model orchestration, evaluation harnesses and data infrastructure that carry live patient, claims and operational data; enforce evaluation and monitoring as a required part of the definition of done, including accuracy, hallucination and safety testing, drift detection, human in the loop review, and clinically meaningful quality metrics. Manage team development in and of agent-augmented development lifecycle as a platform capability: agentic coding, automated test generation, code review, migration, refactoring, documentation and incident triage, with the provenance, review gates, security scanning and the intellectual property and compliance controls a healthcare environment requires.
