This role carries bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss and requires technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be a key leader in driving project success and ensuring alignment with ArchKey’s standards and values.<br/><br/><br/><b><u>Our Ideal Candidate<br/><br/></u></b></div><ul style="margin-top:0px"><li>Can flex and adapt with the growing needs of the business. </li><li>Can work autonomously and creatively solve problems. </li><li>Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow. </li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal"><b><u><br/><br/>Day in the Life<br/></u></b> </div><ul style="margin-top:0px"><li>Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule. </li><li>Act as liaison between internal and external project stakeholders. </li><li>Authorize and approve project staffing decisions. </li><li>Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. </li><li>Participate in estimating and bid proposal development. </li><li>Review and approve purchase requisitions, invoices, and change orders. </li><li>Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance. </li><li>Maintain official project documentation and logs. </li><li>Lead customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts. </li><li>Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards. </li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal"><b><u><br/><br/>Minimum Qualifications<br/></u></b> </div><ul style="margin-top:0px"><li>BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience. </li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. </li><li>Knowledge of National Electrical Code. </li><li>High attention to detail and quality. </li><li>Willingness to temporarily relocate to job sites as needed. </li><li>Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus. </li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal"><b><u><br/><br/>Travel<br/></u></b> </div><ul style="margin-top:0px"><li>Travel to project sites is required and may include temporary relocation. </li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal"><b><u><br/><br/>Benefits</u></b><br/><br/>At ArchKey Solutions, our benefits package includes competitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision), a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and access to wellness programs.
