2 year equivalent healthcare experience and a minimum of four of the following certifications with manger approval; Water treatment certification for Boilers, Chillers & Cooling Towers, UST Class A/B Operator, Universal EPA refrigeration certification, ASSE 6040 certification, ASHE Healthcare Physical Environment Worker, Fire Door Maintenance Inspection, Fire Barrier Maintenance and Inspection, Pre-Approved NFPA, or ASHE Credits as approved by FMES Director and department need.
