Lead the Compliance Strategy team and the development of the U.S. emissions compliance strategies (GHG, CAFE, and Tailpipe) across Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs, Demand/Supply Management, R&D, production, and other business functions, fostering an innovative, customer-focused environment that enables team members to grow and perform at their best. The person in this role will lead the Compliance Strategy team, build North American One Voice alignment among senior leaders, and work with Toyota Motor Corporation to secure support for regulatory assumptions, compliance plans, and the supporting product portfolio.
