This role will work closely with Development, Design, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and external partners to identify project risks, evaluate alternatives, and develop executable strategies that support STACK’s development and commercial objectives. • Support Commercial and Development teams during tenant pursuits, pricing exercises, technical diligence, LOIs, lease negotiations, and other customer-facing activities by clearly defining cost, schedule, scope, and execution implications.
