Ensure essential systems are safe, clean, and well-maintained year-round, while overseeing seasonal preparations, supply management, and related supervision management: #2 Manage all outside contractors, service providers, facilities projects in order to ensure safe, professional and timely work completion and payment: #3 Monitor, maintain and uphold Safety, Compliance, and Risk Management requirements/needs: #4 Perform Multi-Site Maintenance and Repair Support as assigned by the Facilities Director: #5 Supervise a crew of 2–3 employees, during the camp season, who are responsible for assisting with seasonal maintenance, repairs, groundskeeping, and other facility-related needs as directed.
