The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the cleaning, care, and maintenance of the Red Shield building and its surrounding grounds, including our adjacent parking lot at 2910 High St. and the garage lot at 2860 High St. Key responsibilities include performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, coordinating with external vendors as needed, and managing Red Shield's small fleet of vehicles used for transportation. Oversee maintenance and janitorial operations, including scheduling custodial staff, obtaining vendor bids, managing service contracts, and coordinating preventive maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.
