Your Credentials: Bachelors degree in business/engineering is desired 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably with an emphasis in Project Management with 3 years in a senior or lead role Experience partnering with customers, engineering, and product team in the development and management of new and existing products Experience leading and mentoring other project managers Previous exposure to or experience working in manufacturing and sourcing Proven track record of leading successful product launches per established timelines, cost targets, and incremental benefit targets Successful track record of problem solving, idea generation, and project execution Cross-functional leadership - ability to lead complex projects involving stakeholders across multiple functions and facilities Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Data analysis - ability to analyze data and recommend action based on the information. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently Understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques Effectively facilitates team meetings which can include customer representatives Strong communication skills - able to communicate relevant project information across various internal/external stakeholders (including Executives) Understanding of manufacturing methods, processes, flows, layout, and production equipment Problem Analysis and Problem resolution methodology Strong leadership skills to help influence and motivate the team to achieve project goals Excellent organizational, people-management, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel domestically & internationally - up to 25% of the time.
