Responsibilities:* This team is responsible for fulfillment, order flow, outbound and reverse logistics for aerospace hardware* This leader will design and implement best-in-class processes for all aspects of warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment* They must be an expert in inbound and outbound fulfillment, warehousing, reverse logistics processes, and asset & inventory management with a multi-site perspective* They'll leverage their operations expertise to scale from initial product introduction to full-rate production for large-scale, complex aerospace vehicles* They will need to create strong partnerships across operations, program, supply chain, and technical teams* Responsible for the Fulfillment team's vision and execution plans for long-term scaling, this leader will have the opportunity to make big decisions and innovate to improve the customer experience* They will also be active participate in the day-to-day tactical operations* The ability to operate at all levels to identify root causes and corrective actions and improve performance as we scale* This role interacts with third-party providers for warehousing and transportation* Partner with up- and down-stream teams to address pain points* Develop a team of leaders and empower them to make decisions independently* Serve as an escalation point when operational issues arise* Oversee inventory management including inbound product tracking, facility space constraints, supplier returns, shipping and receiving capabilities, etc* Maintain correct counts/controls of finished goods inventory* Support all departments with the knowledge and ability to perform all functions of their position by providing additional training, support, and resources as needed* Facilitate the integration and continuation of cross-training programs throughout the departments to promote team cohesion, efficiency, and continued employee growth* Work closely with Enterprise Technology to identify and implement state-of-the-art technologies and manage their implementation across all sites. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.*
