Maintenance - HVAC Specialist JobID: 906 Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/Maintenance GeneralDate Posted: 5/2/2025Location: All Schools Additional Information: Show/HideMAINTENANCE POSITION DESCRIPTION Position: Maintenance (Worker Classification) Work Schedule: 261 days per year, 8 hours per day Reports To: Director of Facilities, Associate Director of Facilities, Maintenance Manager and Facilities Manager Evaluation: 90 days and Annually thereafter, as outlined in Board policy and administrative procedures Summary: Perform the duties as required to ensure that all facilities, grounds, and equipment are maintained in good working order by providing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pipe fitting, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and general maintenance.
