In this senior position, you will drive the origination, structuring, and execution of complex agricultural commodity finance transactions, including structured credit facilities, pre-export and inventory financings, receivables and borrowing-base structures, securitizations, working capital solutions, and financial risk management products such as FX, interest rate, and commodity hedging instruments. You should bring a strong technical background in structured finance, commodity finance, or investments, with demonstrated expertise in client origination, credit underwriting, financial analysis, transaction structuring, documentation review supported by legal experts, and the development of creative, non-traditional financing solutions.
