Directly responsible for all aspects of the Sacramento County Command vehicle database and physical files; Manage the preventative maintenance schedule for all vehicles within the Sacramento County Command; Process all insurance requests for vehicles; Direct correspondence with locations pertaining to vehicle accidents, purchases and sales; Oversee the compliance of THQ policy in regard to the Fleet Safety Program as it relates to the Sacramento County Command; Work in cooperation with Sacramento County Command HR representative to maintain an authorized driver list. Coordinate the maintenance of building and officer quarters, (i.e., landscaping, air conditioning/heating, general building appearance, lawn irrigation system, etc.); Serve as liaison to outside contractors and vendors (i.e., HVAC, landscapers, electricians, and alarm security personnel); Process vendor/contractor invoices according to Salvation Army policy including receiving, payment requesting and tracking; Process all facilities related TSAMM actions for consideration.
