Partner with project stakeholders across Tesla s product verticals-including Autopilot, Energy, Vehicle/Semi, AI, Robotics (Optimus), and Cell manufacturing-to refine scopes, optimize for sustainability, efficiency, and cost, while ensuring designs meet holistic company objectives while validating feasibility through field walkthroughs and practical installation reviews. 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing electrical systems for heavy commercial, industrial, and R&D environments, such as manufacturing facilities, data centers, hospitals, R&D labs, or large campuses, with a proven track record of bridging engineering theory to field-ready implementations.
