Vocational or technical diploma or equivalent in a related discipline with one year of experience in electrical systems, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, flooring, construction, general/mechanical repair and maintenance work or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and security systems; performing painting and carpentry tasks; performing grounds keeping tasks; supervising inmate helpers; and performing additional tasks as assigned.
