Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of solid corporate transactional experience in a large firm including but not limited to drafting and managing corporate documents, due diligence, UCC searches, filings, closings and post-closing processes, stock certificates and ledgers, SEC, and other duties and special projects as needed. Paralegal may assist with complex transactional matters related to a variety of practice areas from technology to private equity to mergers & acquisitions to the finance and capital markets.
