Provides oversight of proformas for areas such as new practices, transitioning practices, new providers, equipment purchase, new service lines, provider blend/locations, renovations, what if, breakeven, virtual care, strategic capital requests, etc. What the Finance Manager will do: Leadership and Management Responsibilities - Manages assigned staff - hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, disciplining and terminations; Ensures that policy is followed, procedures are updated and supports Finance training efforts for the organization.
