You will work closely with the Design Manager, Design Lead Team, Design Release Engineer, fellow designers, engineering partners, manufacturing, joining, quality, suppliers, plant, program, and service teams to identify risks early, resolve integration issues, and deliver release-quality data through the Global Vehicle Development Process. Preferred qualifications: Experience designing structural sheet-metal components, including stamping, forming, draw direction, flanges, hemming or joining interfaces, local reinforcements, spring back, and process capability.
