Competency in medical-surgical nursing, telemetry monitoring, wound care, feeding tube care, colostomy and ileostomy care, heparin administration, nasal cannula therapy, patient-controlled analgesia, rapid response and code team procedures, and starting and maintaining intravenous lines. Support services include physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
