Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; experience with preoperative and postoperative care, Phase I and Phase II recovery, pediatric post-anesthesia care, airway assessment, ventilated patient care, arterial line management, dysrhythmia recognition and management, central line care, blood product administration, procedural sedation, medication administration, pain management, emergency medications, cardiac arrest response, cardioversion, circulation checks, and postoperative monitoring. Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level II experience; teaching healthcare facility experience; experience with Cerner, previous charge responsibilities, bariatric procedures, gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, pacemaker insertion, pulmonary artery line or Swan-Ganz monitoring, post-cardiac catheterization procedures, sheath removal, insulin protocols, extubation, laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal tube management, intubation, and pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac catheterization, endoscopy, and interventional radiology.
