About the Role:
Join our team and assist clients with booking and managing hotel reservations. You’ll provide excellent customer service, offer detailed information on hotel options, and ensure a smooth reservation process—all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in selecting and booking hotels.
strong>VIP Guest Experiences: - Develop and execute long-term and annual strategies for VIP guest programs, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service and exclusive experiences for VIPs, owners, celebrities, business partners, and other high-profile guests.
- Liaise with Entertainment, Event Operations, Marketing and the Food & Beverage partners to elevate hospitality interactions: understand and identify booking windows; develop customized menus based on client needs and budget; understand capabilities of hospitality spaces, including AV and furniture options.
Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client-facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following: attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or client questions; marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients; supervising or training securities licensed employees; structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials. The Event Hospitality Manager is expected to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders, including senior-level executives, to deliver the highest-quality experience possible.
p>You will provide executive oversight to our entire multidisciplinary team encompassing Membership & Sales, Membership Experience, Workplace Operations, Events, Food & Beverage, AV Production, and Facilities, ensuring the seamless execution of all programs, services, and experiences with the precision and hospitality synonymous with the NeueHouse brand. Seamlessly manage the operational flow across multi outlets including the restaurant and cafe- an integration of breakfast, lunch and cafe classics as well as the private dining room and bar, ensuring each maintains a culinary seasonal rotation, elevated service and peak performance.
