Report and respond to the operating company General Counsel, and work closely with colleagues globally, including other in-house attorneys and the compliance and regulatory teams on a broad variety of business and commercial issues involving the Kerr, Metrex, Orascoptic, and the North America dental Implants businesses. Work collaboratively with the Envista and portfolio business legal and compliance teams to counsel, structure, negotiate, and document transactional matters for the Kerr, Metrex, and Orascoptic businesses globally, as well as the dental Implants businesses in North America, including support for inorganic transactional activity.
