The Senior HR Generalist oversees local HR operations, policies, and programs in partnership with Corporate HR to foster an employee-focused, high-performance culture that promotes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal achievement, and workforce recruitment and development. Foster a positive, employee-focused culture that advances company goals and employee satisfaction through local and company-wide initiatives, including meetings, suggestion programs, surveys, newsletters, focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and the Intranet.
