Success in this role requires fluency in SaaS cloud architecture (tenant isolation, IAM/federation, data protection), hands-on familiarity with security frameworks including HITRUST CSF, and the credibility to represent platform security directly to enterprise security teams without escalation. Strong working knowledge of SaaS cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) from a security design perspective, including tenant isolation models, IAM/federation patterns, secrets management, encryption strategies, network segmentation, and logging/observability.
