If this sounds like you, apply today!Compensation:$75,000 yearly at planResponsibilities:<ul><li>Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction</li><li>Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles</li><li>Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base</li><li>Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders</li><li>Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs</li></ul><ul><li>Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations</li><li>Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working our existing leads while leveraging existing relationships</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients</li><li>Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as their go-to insurance advisor</li><li>Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary </li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required</li><li>Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations</li><li>Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful</li><li>Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required</li></ul><ul><li>A Florida 4-40 insurance license is required</li><li>Experience with independent Florida carriers preferred</li></ul> About Company Brightway Insurance - Cape Coral is not your typical independent insurance agency.
