The ideal candidate has strong construction contract management experience and can help protect the Owner's interests by ensuring contracts are properly managed, changes are reviewed carefully, contractor obligations are tracked, and commercial issues are identified early. Experience supporting large construction or capital projects, preferably in complex technical environments such as data centers, mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, power, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, or similar programs.
