Partnering with Business Development, the Program Managers, and the supporting functional organizations, this dynamic leader will plan, track, and ensure successful submission of all proposals, driving alignment between strategic priorities, LRP A and B orders, and ultimately the bidding behavior and the enduring value of the opportunities being pursued.
