- Desktop and Mobile Device Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals.
- Technical Assistance and Service Desk Operations:
- Offer onsite and remote technical support, responding to end-user requests and managing the ticket queue to meet defined service level agreements.
- You will report to the IT Dynamics Developer Team Lead and as a member of a high-performing team of software professionals responsible for building, supporting, and continuously improving the Customer Relationship Management platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
