Enterprise Network Operations & Service Ownership Own the availability, performance, capacity, reliability, security, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and supportability of the enterprise network across data centers, Internet services, cloud connectivity, WAN/SD-WAN, campus LAN, wireless, and supporting network-management platforms. Maintain and review operational metrics related to availability, incidents, problems, changes, network performance, lifecycle risk, monitoring, documentation, workload, vendors, and project delivery, and use trend data to drive root cause analysis and corrective action.
