Five (5) years of experience must include: Performing system analysis and design skills to define the scope and objectives of complex projects to analyze the system, gather enhancement requests, and document enhancements; Using UX design principles to perform user research sessions; Assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies; Engaging in data analysis for reporting and system integration using database management; Utilizing Software Development Methods and Object-Oriented Application Development to evaluate the system's modules, document impact to proposed changes, and monitor development; Applying advanced technical writing to maintain system documentation and communicate release updates; and Leveraging IT architecture, systems administration, and interface design knowledge to address downstream impacts. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing system analysis and project management.
