You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of our People systems (Paycom and other HRIS, benefits platforms, etc.), while partnering with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Recruiting to support complex People operations, systems integrations, and vendor coordination. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all People systems, including payroll, benefits, time tracking, and performance management, using data analytics to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
