Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Requirement Gathering and Elicitation from customers, stakeholders, and business leaders • Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable requirements, including writing clear and concise Technical User Stories and acceptance criteria • Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog using established technologies like JIRA and ServiceNow • Interpret technical documentation and collaborate with the engineering team to discuss implementation approaches and dependencies • Lead and coordinate Release Management activities, including planning, communicating, and executing successful product launches and rollouts. Education and Experience: A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline) 3+ Years of experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment Experience with Release Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing product launches Ability to Manage Multiple Responsibilities and Projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
