Provide legal advice and, when necessary, manage outside legal services, on various operational and transactional matters in Alaska, including administrative law, commercial, regulatory, contractual, disputes, and strategic planning issues that may affect the Company, especially in relation to exploration, production, development, environmental, and regulatory matters. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas.
