OTA Software Engineer would support North American OTA operations by validating vehicle software updates, preparing and managing OTA release activities, analyzing vehicle and telematics data, investigating update failures, and coordinating issue resolution with NA stakeholders, global headquarters, suppliers, and technology partners. The team works across the complete OTA lifecycle, including pre-production validation, release readiness, OTA campaign configuration, controlled deployment, field monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
