The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing enterprise-grade Copilot solutions, integrating internal data sources and APIs, and designing reliable AI workflows using prompt engineering, grounding, structured outputs, validation, and guardrails. They should have direct experience building solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Automate , connecting agents to enterprise systems through APIs and custom connectors , and implementing prompting, grounding, retrieval, validation, and guardrails.
