Serve as the primary EHS subject matter expert and trusted advisor to site leadership, functional leaders, and employees, providing strategic guidance on risk management, regulatory interpretation, incident prevention, and business initiatives. The role develops and leads a team of EHS professionals and oversees the creation and management of EHS policies and procedures, conducts compliance audits and assessments, responds to emergencies, and leads investigations of workplace incidents, injuries, illnesses, and safety concerns.
