Effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross functional organizations, including ICS engineering and manufacturing and APx/ESC Supply Chain functions to: Plan, ramp, and lead a large, globally distributed I&C organization, including multi‑year workforce planning, onboarding, and capability development in support of the Poland project. Lead a geographically distributed organization averaging approximately 265 FTEs, spanning the U.S., Bulgaria, Spain, Poland, and other international locations, with annual workforce growth exceeding 100 personnel from contract execution through peak staffing.
