The Senior TD Architect will also ensure that the training experiences reflect good practices in Instructional Design and the use of educational technologies, including face-to-face delivery, action learning, course platforms, asynchronous learning, eLearning courses, videos, virtual Instructor-Led training (vILT), and other learning solutions, with a focus on incorporating a variety of media and learning methods to create an effective learning environment. In addition to program design responsibilities, this position provides leadership and direction for talent development initiatives, mentors learning professionals, manages complex cross-functional projects, and drives innovation in learning strategy and delivery.
