This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements. This role serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Customers to proactively manage order execution, resolve issues, and drive delivery performance.
