The WM Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):Technical Project Manager with logistics background (BY WMS or SAP EWM).15+ years of program management - with SAP eWM experience -Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDirecting and managing the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirementsDeveloping complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documentsEffectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely mannerIdentifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project teamIdentifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholdersIdentifying and managing project dependencies and critical pathDeveloping and delivering progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentationPreparing status updates, including QUAD charts to senior managementFacilitating status meetings with project stakeholdersShows ability to learn new tools and processes.
