In this entry level position, you will practice substantive law, handle discovery matters, and e-discovery matters for state and federal court; use an electronic case management system; analyze, interpret, and apply legal principles, facts, evidence, and legal precedent in federal and state court; handle litigation effectively through the trial and subsequent appeal in state and federal appellate courts; and handle employment matters through internal and external administrative proceedings, litigation and appeals.
