Independently lead on-site field engineering for assigned projects or work scopes, coordinating engineers, inspectors, construction personnel, and client representatives; evaluate complex field conditions and construction deviations and provide timely engineering resolutions addressing design intent, structural implications, constructability, asset performance, and documentation requirements. Lead technical review of plans, specifications, contractor submittals, RFIs, material documentation, inspection records, field changes, non-conformances, corrective actions, as-built records, turnover packages, punch-list items, and project acceptance documentation for assigned scope.
