Serve as the senior Facilities Management point of contact for client SJC stakeholders, communicating facility conditions, risks, performance, priorities, and recommended actions; serve as the senior escalation point for significant facility incidents and business-impacting events, coordinating response, recovery, root-cause review, and corrective actions during business and after hours. Support the RFM in developing and managing the $80 million FM annual operating budget, capital improvement plans, and financial forecasts; manage and monitor FM OPEX, including maintenance expenses, service contracts, vendor costs, overtime, purchase orders, accruals, and financial variances.
