Key Responsibilities: Perform and support production and lab operations related to oligonucleotide purification and processing Conduct downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of products using lab instruments (HPLC, UV-VIS, etc.) Follow all SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and OSHA safety regulations Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all lab activities Input and manage production and quality data in SAP and LIMS systems Monitor lab inventory and raise purchase requisitions as needed Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and compliance documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth lab operations Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities Assist in experimental design, protocol development, and investigation support Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs and lab procedures Support troubleshooting and evaluation of processes, equipment, and products Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry preferred Hands-on experience with HPLC and UV-VIS instrumentation Familiarity with oligonucleotide purification or similar chemical/bioprocessing work is a plus Working knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations Experience using LIMS and/or SAP systems for documentation or production tracking Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement activities Education: Associate degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (minimum requirement) #sczr2 The role involves hands-on laboratory work including purification, downstream processing, characterization, and final formulation using analytical instruments such as HPLC and UV-VIS spectroscopy.
