This leadership role is responsible for implementation and operational aspects of the Herc network and voice infrastructure, including the enterprise Cisco and Fortinet network environment and the Cisco WebEx Calling & Contact Center voice platform. Collaborate closely with executive management, Network Engineering, Desktop Engineering, Cloud Services, Applications, and other business units to advise on technology strategy, architecture, and enterprise projects.
