Payment Services Focus Serve as the Bank’s senior operational and technical subject matter expert for payment services, including ACH, wire transfers, debit card operations, instant payments, positive pay, and other payment-related products and services. Project & Process Improvement Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for deposit operations projects, system conversions, product implementations, upgrades, and strategic initiatives by defining operational requirements, coordinating testing, validating controls, documenting processes, and supporting implementation readiness.
