The primary area of responsibility will be with Knowledge, Education for Your Success (KEYS), including structured monitoring of Housing Support Program (HSP) funds passed through by HACSB and related KEYS grant activity, with continuing financial and compliance oversight of Housing Partners I, Inc (HPI) and Reliant Asset Management Solutions (Reliant). The person will design tests, sample transactions, evaluate internal controls, determine allowability and allocability under 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and applicable grant and County requirements, document findings, track corrective action, and prepare monitoring reports for the Director of Business Services.
