The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Data, Analytics, and business leaders as a consultative product subject matter expert, aligning technology solutions with business priorities, improving operational efficiency, strengthening global compliance, and advancing automation plus AI-enabled capabilities across the employee experience. Responsibilities: The Senior Director of HR Technology will report to the Senior Managing Director of HR Operations and Technology while leading the strategy, governance, and execution of the organization’s HR technology roadmap, with Workday HCM serving as the core platform.
